| Timing - The above prices are for 6 hours. Any extra time will be charged at R350.00 per hour per service or any part thereoff |

| Special Effects for any photos will be an extra charge of R300 onto any package.There will be no extra charge for Special Effects if the album or photobook packages are chosen |

|
Travelling Costs - Approx R350 will be charged for travelling to functions out of the Jhb North area or depending on distance to venue. Travelling costs will be charged for if there will be travelling from brides home to church and from church to Reception
Special Requirements - At least 1 hour is to be set aside after the church ceremony for photos.
Seating must be provided for as well as food and refreshments.
Any speeding fines received while following bride to chapel will be for the bride & grooms' account |

Payment Terms:50% of fee payable on booking which will not be refunded on cancellation.
Balance payable on or before the day of the function. Extra costs incurred on the day must be settled within 7 days after the date of the function, failing which interest will be charged. |

Collections - Photos/Albums/photobooks will be ready for collection 3-7 weeks after the date of the function
DVD's will be ready for collection 3-7 weeks after the date of the function
Travelling Costs for deliveries will be charged at standard AA rates |
